To all from a long time shareholder Today in this mornings local San Diego Union this appeared: Coded' Assets are Purchased San Diego based RMSi (Radio Management Solutions) and a group of unidentified investors have purchased the assets of Coded Comm. from the Delware Bankruptcy Court for 800,000. The Co went into Chapter 11 in Dec and Chapter 7 in Feb. One-year old RMSi a privately held wireless networking concern, wanted Coded's networking solution for public safety, according to John Wiggins, RMSi president. Interesting how John is now president of RMSi and Pres of Coded. I will bet that the unidentified investors are Groupo ISA long term backers of Coded. They have put a lot of time and moeny into this Co. to just walk away. I became intersted in the stock when Mr Luick was Pres. He had turnned around another Co in the past. I was able to meet him in person and I was convinced he had what it took. However, he soon left after a year I should have sold then. It is possible that RMSi can back into this Co and go public. But who knows. IMO the activity today is gambling this might happen. Can we all say REVERSE SPLIT! Good Luck to all I am not holding my breath.
