This I find irritating. How come I don't see hawaii's name up there? He has sure done a lot more for IDTC than Fram has until now. I wish I had gotten something in the mail that said as an owner of IDTC stock we are reserving x shares of NTOP in your name for purchase at the offering price. What do they need Fram for anyway? What does he bring to the table that is deserving of (assuming NTOP is $30 which I think is conservative, and is offered at least at $11) 46027 +46019= 12420 +5980= $18.4MM. Realistically they are giving this guy from day one almost $20MM which probably exceeds the investment of our entire group in IDTC. As a shareholder in IDTC I think they overpaid big time.
