Rather than worrying who is selling try and figure out who is buying. Today there was a trade for $30K (face value) of the convertible debentures at $0.20 on the dollar or converted at $0.32 a share with a 40% return per year for the next 2.5 years. If you figure that out then someone virtually got their shares for free. The stock right now is depressed by the late payment on the debentures so if you have some cash IMHO add to your position.
