Hi Amigo, Thanks for the news. The article wrote "Proposals submitted by all four teams were significantly below costs for water at similar plants under construction elsewhere. For example, the Singapore Public Utility Board plans to build a 36 million-gallon-per-day desalination plant which will cost between $7.52 and $8.77-per-thousand- gallons." It is true that the estimated ~$2 cost per-thousnad-gallons is very low, however, it is not a fair comparison if the cost of land is included. The cost of land is about 500 times at Singapore comparing to that of the swamp in Florida. Sincerely, Wade
