AMD owns a lot of good stuff. Flash memory and CPU. IBM, HP are both good suiter. AMD has now own a superior technology. The only problem is that it can't product enough in a short time. IBM has huge and more sophiscated fab, the best in the world. IBM is always eyeing customer PC market. It helped Cyrix and has OS2. This market has unlimited protential. But, I don't think AMD wants to sell now. Michael
