Jeff, I haven't spoken to anyone at the company regarding the Q2 numbers. My estimate for sales and GM are based more on what I believe are firm ASP's, some yamaha production in Q2 sales vs. none in Q1 and what I am hearing about business conditions from other companies.

As for what they said in the 10-Q which was filed in mid May, I think you will find the words almost identical to the words in the press release written in early April. ie - they don't update the guidance they provided with the press release for the 10-Q.

I agree that the forward look is more important, just look at INTC today. They miss by $.02, but say the future is bright and the street is happy.
