From the AudioHighway patent: 1."Audio programming is stored digitally on a non-volatile medium, such as a hard drive, or in a flash EPROM, or other solid state non-volatile memory." 2. Competition will evolve ... The device e.Digital will manufacter for Lucent is not the key. We want to establish the MicroOS in as many digital music devices as possible. Currently, there is no known competition which can read/write to flash memory as best as we can. AudioHighway could conceivable license our MicroOS for their device. - J
