I think that you will see the FCC step in under AT&T pressure to stop this nonsense. How? If the FCC could do something wouldn't they have done it long ago? Specifically and exactly, what can the FCC do? I have been waiting to hear this question answered. At the moment, I am left to believe the FCC can do nothing at all.
