CD(tm) for NT 4.0, the only automated solution for resolving common Help Desk problems without manual intervention on a single or multiple
PCs simultaneously. The new Help Desk Solution CD, freely available to ON Command CCM customers, is part of a series of Solution CDs
developed by ON Technology. This series offers out-of-the-box automated packages that enable businesses to rapidly implement and solve their
desktop challenges. The new CD is built upon the advanced capabilities provided by ON Command CCM(tm), the industry's leading desktop
management and continuous configuration solution.

Reset local passwords, and configure other parameters in NT User Account Manager setting such as password expiration dateInstall &
configure screen savers, screen backgrounds and new printers, including installing new printer and video drivers from a central server
Change display settings such as resolution, font size, and video adapter type
Run ScanDisk on selected drives and store log files on central server
Install, configure & run Norton AntiVirusTM, remote control products (ON Command RemoteTM, Symantec pcANYWHERETM) for
remote troubleshooting

- Add workstations to NT Domains - Update Windows host files - Change IP address (BOOTP)
