The new Help Desk Solution CD, freely available to ON Command CCM customers, is part of a series of Solution CDs developed by ON Technology. This series offers out-of-the-box automated packages that enable businesses to rapidly implement and solve their desktop challenges. The new CD is built upon the advanced capabilities provided by ON Command CCM(tm), the industry's leading desktop management and continuous configuration solution.
