A.) Compassionate conservatism means means encouraging private sector initiatives and public/private partnership to help those in need;
B.) There is no reason for Bush to tear Clinton a new one over this. Being "above it all" and ironic is just the right tone for now;
C.) You notice that he didn't worry about being Presidential all that much<g>......
