Now there's a wonderful letter! Clear, angry yet factual, carrot and stick, appeal to NASD to do the right thing, more emphasis on all of the Midland shareholders and less emphasis on you personally, willing to give up some of your own equity if that will help, good summary of Midland's current status. Also, do you remember when got Midland halted? You may want to put a time frame into "Waiting patiently for the anticipated trading of the stock...", something like "Waiting patiently for the past 12 months for the anticipated trading of the stock..." Go get 'em! :-)
