DEVELOPMENT, INC.; FIRST FEATURE FILM TO STAR WWF WRESTLER PAUL WIGHT

ORLANDO, Fla., Jul 15, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Nightwing
Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NIGI) announced today
that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase 80% of the
common shares of JJS Development, Inc. (JJS) a newly formed,
Florida-based film production company from Jesco Trust and James
Strauser. JJS will function as a division of the Nightwing Film Group,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nightwing Entertainment Group, Inc.

James Strauser has an extensive background in wrestling entertainment
and manages 10 professional wrestlers through his company Big
ManManagement. Jesco Trust and James Strauser will offer a new venue in
which wrestling fans may enjoy their favorite wrestlers. Jim Strauser
was quoted as saying, "We want to offer wrestling fans the opportunity
to see their favorite wrestlers outside of the ring. It gives the fans
a better sense of the wrestlers as people. The film venue offers the
wrestlers a new way to expand their theatrical talents while providing
fans with a more exciting overall entertainment experience."
