Jim, did you notice that there is a whole camp out there that must have read a different abstract than we did?..They seem to think that all AHWY has for claims is..."automatic selection, ordering and download, confirmation of receipt, and receipt of requested data for subscription and non-subscription customers. ".. Maybe I read too much of the abstract, but I saw many claims, and what they amount to is a device and system for voice/data/music storage and downloads from about source capable of digital transmission, portable unit in addition, with data to speech thrown in for good measure. Most of us here agree it shouldn't impact EDIG other than if we manufacture devices for ourselves or others, we might have to pay a license fee. Wonder what the street will think? Best, Savant
