DGIV is no MTEI
I asked TodC since he researched MTEI whether there was any similarity. Just clarifying.
Here is his post.

You can't compare MTEI with DGIV.

MTEI lasted two months. Generated $0 in revenue. Inherited a dirty shell with lawsuits galore. Had an idiot for a CEO who had a son that was a market maker. Had unverifiable news, couldn't even get the company they were supose to have doing the surveys to admit they were even doing any work for MTEI. In the short period they were around, CEO lied to investors and then a month later denied ever saying it.

So no I don't consider DGIV an MTEI. With that being said, the SEC doesn't just go around and halt companies for the fun of it. I just haven't figured out what the actual issue is. If it's from past press releases, why wait til now? If it's from trading volume, it would seem like the SEC could see where the buys were coming from before halting the company. If it's from false and misleading financials, why couldn't they handle it internally with DGIV corp and give them a deadline that was doable, like the end of July and then if no financials than halt them. Maybe they did give a deadline and it was the end of June and DGIV botched it for whatever reason.

All I know is international travel is not cheap. And I don't see the company dumping lots of shares on the market to raise cash, or even raising the total number of shares outstanding.

I did call an 800 marketing number one time and it told me thank you for using the Digitcom Interactive Network, please enter your PIN number. I thought that was pretty cool.

We are all looking with rose colored glasses because we know our asses are on the line. If we had no vested interest, we'd probably be fearing alot more right now. We can only hope for the best and that DGIV will have all their ducks in a row real soon.

Keep me posted.
Tod
