Thanks again, Lee & Francis -- appreciate the quick responses to my concerns. Right NOW, actually, my biggest worry about QCharts is "customer service"! Getting through to them on the phone continues to be impossible -- keep getting put on-hold for up to 1/2 hour -- and THEN getting a recording saying that "no one's available to take your call" and having to leave a message for a call-back. Hate to think what would happen if I needed to reach somebody in the event of real problems, once I was a customer. At least with A-T, I've been able to get-through to get help quickly...
