Brown started Core Laboratories NV (NYSE:CLB - news), a technology consultant firm for oil and gas exploration companies, as strong buy, the investment firm said Thursday. -- Details of the report were not immediately available. -- In early morning trade, shares of Core Labs were down 1/16 at $18-15/16.
