Please let me know what you find out. I haven't worked in the mortgage industry, so your first-hand knowledge would be very appreciated.

In my opinion, they need to dissolve the REIT as fast as possible and commence the stock buyback. I would argue that the REIT structure is detracting from shareholder value.
