Well, I sold out my Cisco and put in all in Q. I had some feedback about taxes. I am 64, so no penalty on pulling out from my 401 except paying taxes. I don't have close escrow for 30 days, so I figured I would leave it all in Q until then. Good move so far, Q continues to rise, and outpacing CSCO. Here is some OT on the house my son bought from the Q tread.

"My son just paid 270K last weekend for a 1400 square foot, 4 bedroom, in Mission Viejo on a 4000 square foot lot! It had been on the market 4 days, and there were 4 offers made at that price! We are so short housing that we are back in the '70's frenzy. He had to buy, because a 3 bedroom in that area is RENTING for $2600 a month! If it gets any worse, we will go back to a '30s style border patrol, and you guys will have to swim the Colorado to get in here."
