PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1999--Expanding its North American reach as it builds its world-wide network, Access Power Inc. ACCR has added Puerto Rico to its Net.Caller(tm) unlimited flat-rate PC-to-phone service.
