I've been using my wife's E Trade account for the past couple of days. Suretrade has basically been down for most of TWO weeks. I think we should all stop whining about the online stuff being down. Its not that it isn't a problem, rather that it is a problem that all of the busy sites have. Let's do our bitching to the customer service departments rather than giving investment advice based upon our anecdotal experiences. I am not so naive as to believe that these problems aren't important to the way the companies are run. I just think the universality of the problem makes it misleading to tar and feather particular companies. Let's all hammer the customer service departments, not the investors.
