Ken, My own interpretation is that Father Gregory is out. Just going from the press release, it seems his "backers" tried to get away with a back door meeting, and when they found themselves stymied they resigned. With the current resignations, Father Gregory no longer has any formal representation with Naxos,therefore neither does JJ. Beyond that, I don't have a clue as to what is going on. Mark
