LU got a great deal. SPTR GAVE them a bunch of needed capacity on the cheap.

I knew SPTR was leveraged pretty heavy, but not bad enough for a give away? Expecially when the fiber market is firming.

Anyway, SPTR was always a second tier player, licensed technology from LU for years. Didn't have much to offer itself.

But still, how in the heck can they give the company away at $9, don't they need a shareholder vote? Very peculiar.

I'll miss you Spectran, you've made me some good money over the years.
