..."IMP's run-up last year coincided with interest in the stock generated by a stock newsletter writer called "The Phantom" on the Prodigy online service. Sources say "The Phantom," Raleigh Baughman of
Cuyahoga Falls, has been questioned by the SEC.
Baughman declined to comment."

It seems to be a rehash of the stories they ran earlier. They're probably just trying to keep things fresh in their readers' minds.
It is interesting to RB's name mentioned, but not really in a bad light. To me it looks like they only noticed the big run DROM had was around the same time as RB's Recommendation. I don't get the impression of any wrong doing here. I think what happened was this RB gets a hot tip (That was apparently sent from someone in the company!) an passes it along as something to watch, this could be hot/huge..., and the next thing you know it's moving up and up. So the recommendations continue. All the DD in the world could not help if the company is willing to flat out lie to anyone who calls. So it's a lesson for us all to be even more stringent in our efforts to ascertain that what we get as info is from a good/reliable source.
(RB remains what I consider to be an EXCELLENT source for info. You cannot get any more reliable than him!)
