We are currently repairing problems on the system that holds your mailbox. We expect to restore full service no later than 6AM EDT, 3AM PDT. Please feel free to attempt to retreive your e-mail at any time during this period, just in case the service to the e-mail file servers is restored sooner than anticipated. This will not affect your ability to login to your NETCOM account, access the Web, telnet to other sites or send e-mail. However, in the interim, you will be unable to access or read your e-mail through your primary, or any secondary, mailboxes. Please be advised that your account will continue to receive mail, but you will not be able to retreive or read it until service has been fully restored.
