Greg, I believe you side stepped this question. Suppose a payment is screwed? Who does the consumer call? Even if the bank has it's own customer service they would need access to both TransPoint and CheckFree complete systems. Which they may not have, so then they have to call TP or CF, and they in turn do the research, etc., etc., and then decide who is fault for the late payment? who will refund the customer? Not to mention TP has no payment tracking.

...It's a problem that software can not solve, it is a service.

Not impossible, but it could very well make more sense to present less e-bills and go with one consolidator (especially if one consolidator has 75% market share and the other has 20%) Is that 20% really worth it????
