sorry, slightly offtopic, but any guestimate the twin headed hydra, MSFT and INTC, of the tech leaders bottomed-out price?

i recall one analyst's prediction awhile back (forgot where i read it) is that when MSFT and INTC found a bottom, there may be a charge of the bull once more - with the emphasis in the small stk sectors.
