After dithering about APEX in a TigerInvestor column ("What You Know") I just bought some as they hit a new 52-week high. Value target is high 30's - another 50%, of course. Their multi-network console switches should be in high demand plus great OEM arrangements. Financial fundies are terrific. CYBS is flying today - where's JSB? Probably on the golf course.
