Unfortunately DROOY's response was evasive. I don't think I agree with their statement about now being the best time to make an acquisition, since they are diluting their shares. But it would be a different story if they were paying cash for the acquisition... Dear Mr. Rao We will know the number of shares to be issued once the Hargraves shareholders accept our offer. The low gold price is of course not assisting us with the acquisition, but then on the other hand, now with the low gold price is the time to make acquisitions when all the other mines are hurting!
