Still makes no sense to me. Why sell 10,000 below 95 rather than allow them to be called AT 95? And I also don't buy the argument that an institution can "suggest" the price should drop by putting in a low bid -- nobody has to come down to meet it, especially if others are bidding higher.

JMHO, of course.
