People in the know are selling....how else can you explain a drop in price for such strong fundamental news? The following excerpt was taken from a definitions posting from Raging bull.. "Stocks trade ex-dividend the fourth day before the record date, since the seller will still be the owner of record and is thus entitled to the dividend". Other posts have mentioned this rule does not apply to OTC stocks.The rule it seems with OTC is the CEO of the company sets policy only. The fact is the price is dropping and people are selling because of lack of information. I'm long and strong.
