Sipowitz, The stock is cheap because of poor sales, a lawsuit against the company by the original investors, and debt due to the purchase of a financially troubled company. On the positive side, product sales are increasing, the lawsuit has been settled and they are close to being out of debt. There should be an increase in demand for their wireless funds transfer machines whith increased exposurein the marketplace. There are currently about 4.5million shares outstanding, with about half of those being owned by company employees. Hope this helps you with your decision. Rock
