Well Jim - Add PHLB to your list of ones to watch. News due out Monday. Good accumulation today so far. Expect much more today and the rush tomorrow. We should be over .50 going into the news. PHLB was as high as $3.12 this past year. With the web site opening soon - a dollar seems very attainable.
