Well if that's the case it is indeed rare! These fund managers have a lot of performance pressures on them and it is not easy for them to take the long term view and still keep their jobs.

My own feeling would be at best a hold on INTC at this point.

Give me a month <g>. It is difficult to say exactly what caused the drop in revenue and what caused the stock price to go up (and INTC's shrugging of the shoulders and reticence during the call did not help - LSI's calls are far more informative IMO) - if it is a rebound in the PC market (and there has been a rebound going on for months in Asia) or less competition (duh!) or less inventory because of the newer chips coming out (this explanation I like) then life will be decent - on the other hand if come October and INTC does not deliver boink boink boink...
