I'm with you. There's a lot more risk than reward in the Bristol case. The average juror knows absolutely nothing about software or the software business, but you can bet they all know MSFT is rich. Witness the recent jury award of $4,900,000,000.00 against GM because one of their cars exploded in a high speed accident, as if they ever promised it would not. I'll bet if you asked those jurors to write out 4,900,000,000 half of them wouldn't know how many zeros to append.
