Elizabeth, don't understand that logic but assuming there is some logic - it makes ZERO sense that AHWY would disclose the details of their patent pending - but it also makes ZERO sense to me that a patent pending is of more value then an issued patent - probably he was referring to patents issued prior to GATT because within the context of original claims that were granted "submarining" that is enlarging on those claims as new developments occur is allowed - patents issued after GATT do not allow for this - a new patent must be applied for and hopefully issued - I am not a patent attorney maybe someone here is and can correct me where I'm wrong
