I've seen the new S&P report on CTXS, and fair value price is indeed 101. Outlook the highest (5) but rated an accumulate rather than a buy because of "uncertainty" with Y2K possible spending showdown.
The analysts also commented that CTXS is an unusually good tech value
with a fiscal 2000 P/E of 29,less than expected growth rate.
