Honestly, this deal is getting too shady. You're getting stiffed, imho. The only question is is the situation fixable, as a "necessary" FEE for getting into a house.

Well, there's someplace the money has to come out. Bigtime. And that's from the seller. Because he hasn't paid the cons, he's probably desperate. That's his goddam problem, he's making yours.

No.

Just say no.

I deal sit would be for you to get the house fixed, for a LOT less.

The fact the work was not done under permit is a bronto-sore-us red flag. Believe me.

Nickle and diming never stops.

The work you describe on the carport, which I think I understand is a flat roof we are attempting to incline, is MAJOR work. It's basically the same as removing it and doing it again. The windows are in brick walls? Masons involved.

Imho, you also can't straighten these things out with Mr Realtor, as I can already tell what type he is. You cannot detail out to a crook. A placating temporizing liar. Can't be done. And the details here are LARGE.

Walk.

(JMHO, of course.)

That will be 500.00, you can get from PCModem for me. In bouillion cubes.

PS: Dint I tell you house buying is Hell?

Thank you.
