A roll back could happen someday, but I would think that they would only do it on a position of strength.

To illustrate this, look at BOS and MAL on the TSE. Both were low teens penny stocks just two years ago and now:
Bos reverse split at .80 and now trades at 4.90
Mal reverse split at .75 and now trades at 9.30
Both splits were done on super strength.

I very much doubt HCI would reverse split until they know that they could support it at the new price. That would be stupid which I don't think for a moment they are.
