Roy: Indeed the warrants were part of the bankruptcy settlement from PDTK. The A Class warrants allow you to purchase shares at $1, the B Class at $2, the C at $3 and the D at $4. The A and B are good through early January of this year, and the C&D run into 2001.

Can you sell them? On the back of the warrant is some wording that seems to say you can, provided you announce your intention to the company first. I think this wording is mainly to prevent someone with a bunch of warrants from dumping them and driving the price down. So far, though, I haven't seen a market for the warrants or a going price. If QTEK stays above 1.5, or (here's hoping) breaks $2, we may have a nice little bonus on our hands.

If anyone else knows something about the value of warrants and their conversion, I'd love to hear it. This is a new area to me.
