Thanks Lachesis, I added it to my watch list when you first mentioned it. By careful with this one. It seems to have good institutional support. The overall mood of the market right now is to ignore bad numbers if the forward guidance is good. I have never heard one of their conference calls. If they have been consistent and accurate in their projections , the street will give them the benefit of the doubt. Even it is not accurate this time, they not punish the stock price too much before buyer start getting back in. Note that the stock recoverd quite quickly after the takeover news this morning. This will make the results goig forward difficult to measure till the acquistion is fully absorbed. Does you friend have an opinion on the business going forward? Harry
