even if they went well.

I'd be like lying or something if I didn't tell you that with the superficial, off site info we have, the scales have tipped too far.

I sort of liked this house and wanted to see you get it. But.....I've also been down that road. It's difficult for a conscientious pro to organize that work, and he would need the determination and skills of a Perry Mason. Too much time pressure too; going to be (would be around here) difficult to get contracting people to prioritize the job. There are easier, less hassle, more payment certain, more profitable things for most of them to do.
