"You have to appreciate how this small company isn't attempting to deliver projects which will win an Oscar this year, or even gain critical acclaim in the industry, but do have the potential to earn some nice cash for the company, which as shareholders, is the primary goal." - quote from Danick on RB
NIGHTWING GROUP INC
The company has had 4 solid news releases in the last 3 months with the 4th issued today. Nightwing as got to have some major $$'s rolling in or it is doing something right. The company has purchsed 80% stakes in 3 separate companies, and we know of a million dollar fee already for a single production. I think their biggest fault is that almost nobody has heard of them. That's where Martin-Janus comes in, of whom Nightwing recently hired for the PR. They have filed again to become reporting, and won't be up for complying with the Eligibility Rule for a while :). The news releases: 1. 4/12/99 - Nightwing announced it had acquired an 80 percent interest in I-Zone, Inc., a company engaged in the design, development, management and ownership of location-based high-tech/interactive entertainment and business communications centers. 2. 5/11/99 - Nightwing announced that it had acquired 80 percent of the common shares of Sirius Entertainment, Inc., a newly-formed California-based independent film company. 3. 6/8/99 - Nightwing announced that it had signed an agreement with Ultifox, USA to produce a 26 episode television series "UltiSports". The agreement calls for Nightwing to receive $975,000 in production fees. 4. 7/15/99 - Nightwing announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase 80% of the common shares of JJS Development, Inc. (JJS) a newly formed, Florida-based film production company from Jesco Trust and James Strauser. JJS will function as a division of the Nightwing Film Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nightwing. |
