Thanks, for clarifying the PCS situation.

DTCA may be a defining difference between PlanetRx and Drugstore.com. Its not going to be management teams or which brokerage houses are backing which horse. There is too much talent and class in each operation.

Interestingly, if Drugstore.com swears off money from Big Pharma, I don't know who will have the upper hand: PLRX with Big Pharma dollars, or Drugstore.com with Managed Care appeal. I think the issue is, who is really in control of prescriptions?

Legally, doctors are the only ones who can prescribe. But roughly 2/3 of my brand name drugs are unavailable thanks to the impact of Big Pharma rebates on the PBMs. Big Pharma pretty well controls what doctors like me write on our prescription pads. Will they also control where online prescriptions go?

I have no idea.
