Calfert, As I Know It There Is No Difference..... However, The Law Concerning administration may be Different than chapter 11, I say That cause I'm Not too Familiar With GB Laws Regarding administration, I Believe That They Do have something to do With Their Slightly different Accounting Practice... But Do Not Mistake, The Effects Are The Same On Us Shareholders, And That Is, Loosing Our Hard Earn $$$ In such Instances !!! I can Tell You That I Experienced Chapter 11 aka. USA Style With AMM, And I Could Not Do A Thing About It when the News Hit, But to Report It As A Loss For '97 W/IRS When The Time Comes..... It's Not A Pleasant Experience Loosing Your $$$ But Lucky... I Didn't Put All My Eggs Into One Basket TT
