Money wise we're not talking much for this lawsuit ($260M), BUT if this lawsuit is won by Bristol it will be the first case where Microsoft would be convicted of using "monopoly-like" powers. A Bristol win could be what other companies are waiting for before making similar claims ... and this could also negatively influence the DOJ's October decision ? /James
