This appears to be a major announcement from UTEK: (reduction steppers now available for .35 & .25 micron processes) Message 10475846 To me this means that UTEK has vastly expanded its market opportunities and should win business that would otherwise go to the major stepper manufacturers (Nikon, Canon, ASM, SVGI). Am I misinterpreting this new product? If not why is there no excitement about it here?
