Mikey you are right. I have been watching this from the 80 cent range and have been think of entering...but I have concerns.

When VLVT was acquired, there were 3 mm shares outstanding(1mm in the float and 2mm given to Veltex as part of the acquisition) These numbers are split adjusted of course.

Now, there are 5.4mm shares outstanding, of which nearly two million are in the float, an increase of 1 mm in the float and 1.4 mm increase in other shares.I can buy into the argument that those 1.4 mm shares were issued for acquisitions but why the near doubling of the float from 1 to 1.9 mm shares? And since they haven't announced the acquisition yet, why have the shares been already issued?

And since they have had two quarters of record revs, why not scrape together some change and file a 10?? A company with these kind of revs I'm sure has audited financials.
