Oppenheimer raises 12 month target to $50. Also think ORCT will win at least one major US contract and one major European contract by the end of the year. Since Oppenheimer was the underwriter for the secondary this could be cheerleading but good news nonetheless.

Montgomery analyst expects gross margins of 27.5% in Q4 up from 9.5% in Q2. They should be profitable w/ that GM.

I didn't listen to the conf call, so does anyone know what they are going to do w/ that $100MM they have? an acquisition? take a larger stake in Ultracomm?

Checked ORCT's website, they are in France Sept 14-16 for Networld+Interop. Maybe this is where FT suppliers will be announced.

GTE's strategy: I read somewhere that that GTE is "seeding" their CO's w/ DSLAMS and in the fall they will heavily market ADSL service (256kbps or 500kpbs @ $35 per month). This is why GTE hasn't ordered any CPE equipment yet. This is good for ORCT since they will be selling the CPE w/ the new chipset in the 4th qtr.

Watch Centillium as well, there g.lite stuff is supposed to be much better than AWRE's and they have some heavy hitters backing them up (ie. Roger McNamee). This could prove to be a good agreement for ORCT.
Although, I could be wrong since I really don't understand the technical side of this business, I'm just going by what I've read in different places.
