<<Before you conclude that PlanetRx has a meaningful edge here, please cough up $2.95 and read the October 1998 Fortune article about just how powerful the Kleiner Perkins keiretsu really is.>>

Tom: Thanks for your comments. I have subscribed to Fortune for years and have read the KP keiretsu article. They have quite a track record. IMO, drugstore.com will perform well. Yet, the market is very large and there will be room for a number of players. Look at the VC firms behind PlanetRx (PLRX). Benchmark Capital and Seqoia Capital are behind leading high tech companies like ARBA, CSCO, eBay, EELN, ORCL, and YHOO. Their track records are legendary and they have A LOT of valuable relationships in the marketplace. IMO, they'll give KP's drugstore.com a run for its money with PLRX. Nothing like a little healthy competition <G>!!

Good Luck Investing.

Best Regards,

Scott

BTW, there is nothing wrong with a combined thread for online drugstore discussions BUT each publicly traded stock will also gain a following and IMO will need their own threads.
