I don't think that information is correct. My understanding is that the "Road Show" is occuring this week and pricing will occur next week. I'm not sure what day that will be and I don't know if H & Q has set the date firmly. My understanding is that it will be priced by the market at the close, since this is a secondary offering and not a primary one.

H & Q, as a market maker, may also try to manipulate the stock into a certain range so that both IOMG and their clients get a "good deal." H & Q may have already been doing that since they don't want their institutional clients to get stuck with the highest price. If the institutions get a few quick points when the stock turns up, after the deal is done, they will be happy and come back for the next deal.
